Is it too late to start at 15? At 40?
Not even close. Teens progress fast because they absorb technique quickly. Adults in their 40s and 50s train with us and improve steadily. The belt system meets you where you are.
Do teens and adults really train together?
Yes. It builds mutual respect, and the intensity scales to each person. Many parents train alongside their own teenagers.
What is the A-Day / B-Day difference for adults?
A Days (Mon & Tue) are Teen & Adult Karate at 7:30 pm. B Days (Wed & Thu) alternate between Teen & Adult Karate, kickboxing, and BJJ at 7:30 pm. Attend at least one of each per week.
Do I need to be flexible or in shape?
No. Flexibility and fitness are products of training, not prerequisites. Conditioning is scaled to the student.
