Kickboxing in Liberty Hill
Gloves on, playlist up, an hour gone before you check the clock. Our kickboxing classes burn like a HIIT class but teach real striking, so the workout gets more interesting as you get better.

Why families choose it
What your family gets out of it
The cardio that does not bore you
Rounds on bags and pads with a coach pushing you beat a screen on a stationary bike every time. Skill progression keeps long-term motivation where gyms lose it.
Full-body by design
Punches, kicks, knees, and footwork recruit everything, and conditioning blocks fill the gaps. Expect to find muscles you forgot.
Stress relief that is earned
There is no argument a heavy bag cannot absorb. Members call this hour the best therapy they have.
Straight answers
Questions parents ask us
Will I have to spar?
No. Kickboxing is bags, pads, and conditioning. Contact sparring lives in the Cyclones martial arts programs and is always opt-in.
What do I need for my first session?
Athletic clothes and water. We can lend gloves for a first class; most members buy their own within a few weeks.
How does this compare to a gym HIIT class?
Similar burn, more skill. Because you are learning technique, progress is measurable in more than soreness, which is why people stay.
