Ages 7+
Family BJJ in Liberty Hill
One activity, one schedule, everybody rolling. Family BJJ lets parents and kids ages 7 and up train together, learn technique together, and swap "how was your day" for "hold the grip, I am going again." Jiu-jitsu is uniquely suited to family training because size and strength matter less than leverage and position.

Why families choose it
What your family gets out of it
The logistics finally work
No more splitting the week across three activities. One drive, one hour, and the whole family gets their training in.
A shared language
When a parent and a kid are both working the same techniques, conversations at home change. You are training partners now.
Accountability that sticks
Kids quit less when a parent trains beside them, and parents skip fewer workouts when a kid is watching.
Straight answers
Questions parents ask us
What ages can join Family BJJ?
Ages 7 and up on the mat together. Younger kids train in Tiny Tornadoes at a separate time. Ask at your tour and we will map your family onto the schedule.
Do family members progress at the same rate?
Everyone develops individually. It is common for a kid to advance faster than a parent, and that is half the fun.
Is there a family pricing plan?
Yes, family enrollment is priced so additional members make sense. Get exact numbers at the free tour.
Does my kid also need to be in Kids BJJ?
Family BJJ can stand on its own, but many families pair it with Kids BJJ or Cyclones classes for extra mat time during the week.
